We start by building the Proper Foundational skills your dog needs and then preparing them for the environments and distractions they may encounter while working as a Therapy Dog.
Upon successful completion of this program, you will be able to register and test for certification with the recommended evaluator.
Owner Turnover & Education Session
At the completion of your dog’s training, you’ll participate in a private 2–3 hour hands-on session with your trainer. During this personalized lesson, we walk you through every command your dog has learned, proper handling techniques, and how to maintain the structure and clarity your dog now understands.
This isn’t just an explanation — it’s guided practice, where you will work directly with your dog while the trainer coaches you step-by-step to ensure confidence and consistency.
